Welcome to Arizona Car Sales. By purchasing or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Vehicle Condition and Inspection

• All vehicles sold by Arizona Car Sales are pre-owned and sold “as-is”, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Customers are encouraged to inspect and test drive the vehicle prior to purchase.

• While we ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and undergo a quality check, Arizona Car Sales is not liable for mechanical issues that may arise after the sale, unless covered by a separate warranty.

2. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are in South African Rands (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

• A deposit may be required to secure a vehicle. Deposits are non-refundable unless agreed upon in writing.

• Full payment must be made before the vehicle is released to the buyer.

• Arizona Car Sales accepts payment via EFT, cash, or bank financing, subject to approval.

3. Warranties

• Vehicles may come with an optional warranty or extended service plan, depending on availability and the vehicle’s condition.

• Details of any warranty or service plan will be provided in writing and must be signed by both parties.

• Unless specified, all vehicles are sold without warranty.

4. Vehicle Delivery and Registration

• Arizona Car Sales assists with vehicle registration and licensing, but the responsibility for ensuring the vehicle is legally registered lies with the buyer.

• Delivery or collection times will be agreed upon after the final payment is received.

• We reserve the right to delay delivery in the event of payment issues or administrative delays.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Arizona Car Sales does not offer refunds or accept returns once the sale is completed, unless required by law.

• All sales are final, and ownership is transferred at the time of full payment and delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Arizona Car Sales will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of any vehicle.

• Buyers are responsible for arranging their own insurance cover from the moment the vehicle leaves our premises.

7. Finance

• Finance options are available through approved financial institutions.

• Arizona Car Sales assists in the finance application process but is not responsible for the approval or terms set by the lender.

8. Changes to Terms

• Arizona Car Sales reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to review the terms and conditions before completing a purchase.
